A summer’s night dream among old, short houses, some rather shabby, some in ruins. We will pass by the rebuilt Coral Temple, the Jewish Theatre, Eisabetheu Sinagogue, the Caritas Hospital. We’ll walk on streets that bear bird names: Eagles, Sparrows, near “cheap” homes, and when we reach Popa Nan we turn towards Mecet, near the women on Mătăsari street, right before we cross the Tolbuhin Park, towards the Iancului metro.

The tours within EXPLORATOR are part of OPEN LAB, the pilot project of Bucharest’s bid to the European Capital of Culture title – Bucharest 2021 in the second phase of the competition.
